පාඨමාලා සඳහා ඉල්ලුම් කිරීම.
ආසන්නයේම ඇති තැපැල් කාර්යාලයක් මඟින් හෝ අනුමත e මංසල, 63/93 ඊ, දඹහේන පාර, මහරගම.යන ලිපිනයට ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් යොමු කළ යුතුය. නොයෙසේනම් මෙම වෙබ් අඩවියෙහි Register මත click කොට ලියාපදිංචි විය හැකිය.
පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු ගෙවීම
ඒ ඒ පාඨමාලාවන්ට අදාල ගාස්තු පහත දැක්වෙන ඕනෑම බැංකු ගිණුමකට හෝ තැපැල් කාර්යාලයක් වෙත ගෙවිය හැකිය. ඒ සඳහා ඉල්ලුම් පත්‍රය සමඟ ලැබෙන රිසිට්පත් 02 අදාල බැංකුවට හෝ තැපැල් කාර්යාලය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කොට එකී බැංකුවේ හෝ තැපැල් කාර්යාලයේ මුද්‍රාව සහිතව නැවත ඔබ වෙත ලබා දෙන රිසිටිපත ඉල්ලුම් පත්‍රය සමඟ ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුවේ.
සැ: යු:- පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු එකවර ගෙවීමට අපහසුනම් 011 7 399 090 -93 අංක වලට අමතා සහන කාලයක් ලබාගත හැකිය.

Introducing the NVQ Certificate courses based on the Information Technology through E-Learning medium to the first time for the people of Sri Lanka by Thirasara  Social and Economical development (Pvt) Ltd. together with the Tertiary and Professional education commission of the Youth Affairs and Skills developing Ministry is expected by this.
This educational program named E Mansala, operates at the lowest cost and following technology and the courses are conducted in accordance with the international standards. All courses are conducted under the recommendations and supervision of the Tertiary and Professional education commission and the required course books, Instruction assistance and subject nourishment seminars are given to the trainees of these courses.

Paying Course Fees
The fees relevant to each of the courses can be paid to any of the following bank accounts or post office. You have to provide the receipt No. 02 which will be attached with the application form, to the bank or post office and provide the receipt which will be given to you by the said bank or post office with their official stamp with the application form.
