Blue Wave is the oldest guesthouse in Weligama, it has long tradition and perfect location for surfers, travelers and anybody who wants to find home either for shorter or longer stay in Sri Lanka. The Guesthouse has amazing chill out area with the ocean view, sofas, and hammock. The restaurant is mainly used for breakfast or snacks during the day. I am here for you 24/7, even though I need some time to sleep as well :) I will be more than happy to share with you my experiences of Sri Lanka, give you tips for traveling and help you with everything. I would say this is one of the best locations in Weligama, the centre is only few meters, there are restaurants around, you can see the ocean from the guesthouse. For transportation you can use public buses (it is adrenaline experience, but it is worth it), trains and of course tuk-tuks. Or you can simply rent a scooter to get around.
