Ave Maria Convent founded by the Sisters of Good Shepherd and was established as a Girls’ School in 1938 in Negombo. During the years through of existence the School has moulded over 90,000 girls to be good citizens and achievers in Sri Lanka and overseas.

We try to collect money by organizing events and then using the money to do a large charity event every December. Rockers limited helps people to identify their hidden talents and work on them. We are a group that lives in brotherhood and peace with all the scout troops of Sri Lanka showing the humble scout spirit which a scout should have. So throughout this you can get a wide picture of the 33rd Negombo Maris Stella College Scout Group. The group bosts of a proud history of more than 50 years. It has created large number of Queen Scouts & President Scouts an is one of the leading scout groups in Sri Lanka. With the groups humble starts over 50 years ago it now comprices of the School Scout Troop, Cub Pack & Rover Crew. We have mannaged to build our selves a special place among the other groups in the Country and in the District & National Head-quarters. Maris Stella College Scouts Group ; may your glory shine forever.

NEGPHO has been established on 22nd of July 2001. Initially, the foundation was laid down with fifteen dedicated photographers who were keen on having such organization like this. It fulfills the needs of the member photographers and helps them in their hour of need. Further the Association develops the knowledge of the member photographers by conduction seminars, workshops educational tours, exhibitions and so on.
