Galaboda Tea Factory was established in 1935 by my grandfather who is now deceased. We have a long history of tea making experience, handed over from one generation to another. We have been in the tea manufacturing business for the past 75 years and have established a name for our Black Tea throughout Sri Lanka for quality, manufacturing standards and taste. We are a private/family run tea factory with 39 acres of Organic tea garden certified by IMO in Switzerland. We are branching off to make premium ORGANIC GREEN TEAS with the expertise imported from China. The machines, skills, knowledge and the manufacturing process have been imported from China and our dedicated staff has been trained by a specialist in green tea, in China. Our skills and manufacturing process is second to none and I am proud to say that our Green tea is of the highest quality and taste.
