The motivation and the courage of the members have shifted our club to one of the best Aeronautical Clubs in the country. The club has paved the way for many students in achieving their hopes in Aviation. And it’s with great pride that we say there are many pioneers in the Aviation field from D.S.Senanayake College. Some plays their roles in military field and some works in passenger transportation sector. We have organized after school classes to support our members & to improve their knowledge which are conducted by lectures (pilots) And this year, also the purpose of this proposal, we’ve organized “AD ASTRA 2012”, a workshop and an inter-school quiz competition.” AD ASTRA” means “To the stars”, which is very, appropriate to our club, where we try to reach for the stars in our work, with dedication…………..Hail the DONZ
