We take great pride in having served people in Horana for more than 3 decades. What was originally started as a retail store named "Ananda Trade Center" in 1983 by Mr. P. D. R. Ananda, has grown into an international market place.
Despite the hardships faced by him he was able to expand this little retail store by always taking the lead in promoting the store and utilizing the latest innovations and theories in grocery management. As the needs of customers changed, 2002 marked the most significant milestone which was the conversion of "Ananda Trade Center" into a fully grown supermarket named "Ananda Food City". Since the beginning we've been dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers. Today, our stores reflect a unique combination of the freshest produce, choice meats, gourmet groceries at a competitive price. We are dedicated to being the best in every category of services we provide.
