De Crossette Furniture
Like all other intricate art forms wood craft also usually runs down a blood line manifesting itself through generation after generation. For the De Crossette the love for wood and passion to turn it into master pieces has run for four generations.
De Crossette prides itself on being influenced by pioneers who have had many furniture stores around the island supplying them to leading schools in Colombo and also to Methodist churches here.
At present De Crossette hopes to merge the family business with the expertise received when growing up with a renowned architect (who has the Elephant corridor and the new wing of the Galle Face Hotel to his credit) and re-brand , re-name , and revolutionize the furniture industry.
