The upper floor of the tree house has one double room that leads to another twin bedroom and a small balcony overlooking the wilderness. The four guests in the tree house share two bathrooms located downstairs by the dining area. Guests can also stay in a simple open cottage with mud walls, polished cement flooring and cadjan thatched roof by a small lake. The lake house consists of a spacious hall and veranda that serves as sleeping and living areas with views of the lake and an adjoining bathroom. Interiors are furnished with 2 double beds fitted with mosquito netting, dining table on the veranda and plenty of planters chairs to laze about. The lake house can sleep four guests. Serves traditional Sri Lankan cuisine prepared with fresh village vegetables, meats and seafood brought in from the coastal town of Kalpitiya. A few Western dishes, Ceylon tea and coffee are also on offer. Guests can visit the nearby Paramankanda rock temple which has ancient frescoes, rock inscriptions and Buddha statues. Explore the surrounding villages on foot or on a bike and experience rural village life. Cadjan Earth also organizes dolphin spotting excursions off the shores of Kalpitiya which is an hours journey West during the season from December to April. If you are lucky, further into the deep seas, you may even spot a blue whale. Wilpattu National Park, situated about an hour and a half North of Anamaduwa, offers a great days excursion and is home to the elusive leopard and sloth bear.
