Our cool and comfortable modern villa is located in pristine Passikuda beach is complete with 3 full bedrooms and 3 clean modern bathrooms. Paradise for water sports, family holidays, BBQs, ocean fishing, with all the luxury you can expect in a tropical paradise right at the world famous Passikuda Beach.
Solidly built villa very spacious. 4.5 acres of land to enjoy, 2 acres facing the lagoon, offers in shore ocean fishing and water sports. If you are an avid beach person, then you have plenty to do here. Property designed with beach loving holiday goers in mind. 3 spacious rooms, with 3 attached bathrooms are all yours to enjoy. Property has a relaxation lounge area, for those fun times holiday chats and activities, an extended Verandah overlooking the lagoon that stretches to the Passikuda and Vakarai beaches.
Lagoon, beach from either side, experience the real srilankan fishing village life, comfortable modern villa. Canoes and boats can be arranged with local fisherman, however it is guests responsibility to negotiate a deal as prices differ from distance traveled and activities requested. There are places that rents Jet Ski's, provide guided sea voyages etc... for a fee, and guests can negotiate the terms with those service providers. River Island staff or management does not arrange these trips, and guests are advised to arrange their own in a responsible manner.
Guests have access to the kitchen if they want to cook in their own. Gas cooker and other kitchen equipment is available.
Pristine beach, lush wildlife, ocean, fisherman, fishing village, nonchalant quiet neighbourhood. Village life style, close to shops but location is just amazing. Town can be reached by boat or vehicle.
Public transit is about 3 KMs away, enough tuk tuks can be found, by boat, vehicle, bikes or cycles.
Naturists can enjoy this place as it provides great views in a calm and quiet serenely beautiful setting. Please enjoy responsibly, clean after yourself to ensure that this part of the unspoilt world can be enjoyed by all who wants to come here. Be respectful for the villagers and the Eco system and preserve it for all generations present and beyond to enjoy.
