The Beginning Someone we care who enjoyed feeding others was admitted to the hospital with a ‘chest pain’ and was discovered with ‘blocks’ in his heart. He ended up with an implant of 02 stents and luckily he survived and had a narrow escape from death at a younger age. We realized the immediate need to return to the nature away from ‘junk food’ and other unnecessary fats we eat and adding fruits, vegetables and herbs which will keep us away from most of the common illnesses. We felt that we should initiate our own effort to influence individuals to adding healthy food, live healthy and live longer.
